framestore

        Framestore is a British Oscar-winning visual effects company based near Oxford Street in London. Formed in 1986, it acquired (and subsequently merged) the Computer Film Company in 1997. The company works across several different areas of the media: feature films, commercials, music videos, feature animation and digital.

Asylum Models and Effects

Asylum was approached to construct three contraptions, by production company Gainsbury & Whiting, for the Louvre exhibition. Initial ideas/concepts from the client, were worked up in-house to full pre-viz renders for sign off by Louis Vuitton themselves.

        The life size torso, which has soft skin with accurate, palpable anatomical landmarks to aid positioning of the handheld ultrasound probe, also combines a TOE probe that is removable to enhance realism for a simulated procedure. The mannequin has the facility to be locked at an angle for scanning.

          I like this kind of making model  very much, can put a huge things do small, or put a small things do very big and very lifelike, this is quite exciting

•The 24th scale balloon had a quarter CNC'd out and was then moulded and editioned four times to make the complete shape. A basket had to be made for this, with the weave detail visible. This was modelled on computer and then printed.

•Make this need resized to the various scales needed and fabricated each one using appropriate techniques. I like this work very much

•     12Foot6 is a medium sized animation studio based in central London. Established in 1999 we produce mainly 2D and stop motion animation for TV and web. They  would like to think their strengths are great art which they make move beautifully to a strong narrative. Then, of course, there’s the funny silly stuff. they have written and animated TV shows – The Sensibles for Jextix (BAFTA nominated), Dog Almighty and Dog Face for Channel 4 and animated Modern Toss for Channel 4. And they make commercial campaigns for the likes of Swiftcover, Marmite, Virgin Media, Virgin Atlantic, Cobra beer, Ann Summers and many more in the UK aswell as Radioshack and Ford in USA. They also make Dog Judo and the Get Well Soon short films.

The animation is called the dog judo, this is a very interesting story, about a group of puppy life clips, I like the animation, because the author through the personification of tactics, let puppies do some things in my life in human, very humor.

This animation is called the Bear-cocktail, this is a very simple animation, put some imaginary things in the background of the  reality scenery , although make simple, but is very new idea, I like the production technique.

This animation is about a mischief man to all kinds of people make some mischief, and finally by the police catch fun little story, it belongs to a paper-cut animation, but I don't like the no tonal animation, don't like this kind of style restoring ancient ways
